The Lead Counselor works closely with the Youth Services Coordinator/Director to help manage daily camp operations, support counselors, and ensure campers have a safe, fun, and well-organized experience throughout the camp season.

Here are some of the responsibilities you can expect in this role:

• Help plan and implement daily camp activities and schedules
• Supervise counselors and campers to maintain a safe environment
• Support camper safety, behavior, and medical needs
• Assist with daily camp operations and program coordination
• Train, guide, and support seasonal camp staff
• Complete incident reports and communicate issues with supervisors
• Prepare supply lists for activities and ensure materials are available
